·        Phantasma Scale Treatment 2nd one, $7,185.00

·        Resurfacing Pool total cost $30,000 includes contingency

·        White fly treatment Cpt last week $2,296 contractual

·        Leak Detection pool $650 (3 leaks found and repaired) Causing apx 6000-gal loss per month & could have undermined the pool

·        Repair of pool ladders (Dangerous conditions) $266.22

·        License plate cameras Comcast Installation $178.95 Annual increase $1,027 & Musique services $3,349.98

·        Request for planting on HOA property (lot 26)

·        Pressure clean Pool deck, walkways around clubhouse $350 (complete)

·        Repair Gate loop detectors $340 (complete)

·        Replace Battery backup system @ residents Gate operator and limit cam $770
